posted Sunday, 13 July 2008

July 23, 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and
July 24, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm PDT

The schedule for the ninth Tapped In Festival includes a keynote by Anna Martin. There will be a new group created during the Festival for global collaboration on multicultural trading cards. World traveler Linda Ullah applies her unique view of Global Project Based Learning to help you and your students become actively engaged in the world around us. Lesley Farmer, also a world traveler, will demonstrate how we can all be better Global e-Citizens.

Check the July Tapped In Calendar frequently as additions are made to the schedule!

Certificates of Participation will be available for participants for who register for three hours of events (may include ONE Pre-Festival Tour). (Continuing Education Credits for the certificates are determined by individual educational institutions.) Certificates for volunteers and presenters will also be available.

After you have attended a session, please take the Festival Survey. To get a Certificate of Participation you must (a) join the Certificate of Participation group (instructions will be given in the sessions) and (b) at least fill in the first page of the Festival Survey with your name, email address and code for the session you attended. We encourage you to complete the entire Festival Survey, including the Festival 2008 Reflection Form, to help us continue to improve the Festival.
