lynda.com is a wonderful source of video training, particularly for "just out" software. I have used their online trial for access to the entire library of video training and have purchased numerous DVDs. Their trainings are modularized and consistently high quality in production value and content. Be sure to look at the entire catalog; there is something for everyone, at any level of expertise.

I have tried a bunch of differenet services and I have to say that I prefer
VTCCanada.com or perhaps http://www.vtc.com/ for you. We use their Online
U for the our school districts ICT department. It allows for 5
simultaneous users of the online service, which basically means we can give
away about 50 people username and password combos for $1,200.00 and they
have access to all 44000 software tutorials. Very cost efficient for us
and gives access to most software topics to an educator that is interested.
